All logos/trademarks used on this website remain the property of their respective owners. The information on this website is provided free of charge without any kind of warranty and is provided for informational purposes in helping you choose the right course or treatment. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the information is followed up before booking onto a course. The information displayed on this website is a description of the course content and the decision to purchase a training course is the responsibility of the buyer.

HP Enhancements and Training will not accept liability or responsibility for actions taken as a result of the information displayed on this website; it is the visitors' responsibility to ensure that any information acted on is correct and lawful.

Links to this website may lead to services or sites not owned or operated by HP Enhancements and Training. HP Enhancements and Training will not accept responsibility for any liability to such sites. A link to another site or service does not constitute an endorsement of HP Enhancements and Training service or website.

HP Enhancements and Training respects your privacy. We understand that how your personal data is used and shared online matters to you, and we take the privacy of those who visit our website very seriously.

When you purchase from our website, you will be asked to agree to the terms and conditions, by clicking 'I agree' you show your agreement to this policy and everything outlined in these terms and conditions and all of its sub headings. If you do not accept, then you should stop using our website with immediate effect.

You have rights as a data subject under the 'General Data Protection Regulation Act' (GDPR), which governs the collection, processing and disposal of personal data by organisations such as ours.

If you communicate to us via our website, we will collect your name, email, address, phone number and any other content that you send to us in the body of the mail. We may use this information to contact you if you have requested more information or when purchasing a course.

This website uses cookies to analyse our website usage and behavior of visitors to the website. By accepting the use of cookies you agree to the use of cookies.

Your data will also be collected upon purchasing a training course. We do not collect data in any other way than mentioned above.

We will process and store your data securely and we will only keep it for as long as we need it, for the purpose(s) for which is was collected.

In relation to the data we do collect, as laid out in the section above, we may use it as follows:

- To reply/contact you via e-mail/telephone/post

- To fulfill the services we have agreed to provide to you

- To enroll you onto a course

- To send out patch/scratch tests

- To send out certificates

- To provide on going case study support during and after the course

Once we have provided our services, if the data is no longer required we securely delete this data (except for the information needed in sub heading 'Privacy Policy Enrolment'.

We may contact you shortly after we have provided products or services to check everything is okay. We may contact you if you abandon your cart via email. You have the right to withdraw your consent to use of your personal data at any time and to request that we delete it. We will not share your personal data with anyone at any time.

Please note that in order to successfully attend a training course, we will need consent to contact you to send information on the chosen course and any other relevant information.

We will only keep your data for as long as we need it or the purpose for which it is collected, and/or for as long as we have your permission to hold it. Your data will be stored on our e-commerce system powered by Shopify for report purposes. The e-commerce system is owned and operated by Shopify and their privacy policy will comply here.

Privacy Policy Enrollment

Once a course has been purchased and you have enrolled and attended a course, we legally have to keep your file on record for 10 years in compliance with insurance. However, you have the right to have your personal information and contact details removed at any time in line with GDPR mentioned above, by emailing us at hpenhancements@gmail.com.

The steps we take to secure your data are:

- Password protection of electronic devices

- Lockable cabinets for printed documents

- Firewall protection for computers

- Secure storage and secure destruction of information

You are entitled to make a subject request under the GDPR. This means that you may request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, free of charge. We will provide any or all information in response to your request if you contact us via email or in writing. Our contact details can be found at the bottom of this page.

Accreditation

All of our courses, except Dermarolling, are accredited by ABT Insurance. Our Dermarolling course is however insurable and covered by others.

Refunds/Cancellations

All course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

HP Enhancements and Training is unable to offer refunds for cancellations outside of our control including but not limited to; COVID 19, viral outbreaks, pandemics, flooding/fire/industrial actions, visa refusals, border entry refusals, adverse weather conditions, tutor illness. However, in the case of some events such as tutor illness, an alternative date will be offered.

HP Enhancements and Training is not liable or responsible for any loss of income, earnings, expenditure, childcare, accommodation or travelling costs incurred due to a course cancellation.

In the event that HP Enhancements and Training needs to cancel your course, we will try to give at least 24 hours notice and an alternative date will be offered. HP Enhancements and Training is not responsible for any losses incurred due to the cancellation of a course.

In the event that you need to cancel your course, you should provide 7 days notice, before the course date commences, by email to: hpenhancements@gmail.com. In the event of a genuine reason (proof needed), you may be offered at the discretion of HP Enhancements and Training an option to transfer your course date. If successful, an administration fee of £25 per course will be charged.

If you do not attend the course without advising HP Enhancements and Training, you will not be entitled to consideration of transferring your course date under any circumstance, other than the case of a medical emergency where proof will be needed.

Booking Names

When booking a course online or by telephone, the name on the booking is final and cannot be transferred to another student or name. Please ensure your details are correct before processing/purchasing. Any errors should be emailed to hpenhancements@gmail.com and a £25 admin fee may be charged to correct this.

Minimum Age Policy

You must be aged 18 years or older to attend one of our courses. ID may be required upon registration of the course.

Late Arrivals

In the event that you arrive late to your training course date, you may either be refused entry, given an additional test, or have to stay later to cover lost time. This decision will be at the discretion of the tutor. Should you be refused entry for a late arrival, your course fee will be lost and non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please allow plenty of time for travel on the day of your course, course times are usually until 4pm/5pm but can run over. Anyone who leaves a course early, may risk losing their qualification and certificate.

Certificates

Certificates will be given on the day for those courses that do not require case studies. Certificates for courses with case studies will be posted to you. If you require an additional copy at any time, an admin fee of £25 per certificate will be charged.

Certificate Proof

Each training course will state if it has a pre-requisite to gain access to the course.

If your chosen course has a pre-requisite then proof of certification must be emailed before attending the course. Failure to show proof of the required qualification after booking, will result in loss of the course fee. It is the duty of the buyer to ensure that their certificate and qualification meets the standard before booking onto any of our courses.

Classroom

Ground rules are set out on your enrollment form and by signing you are agreeing to these rules.

30 minutes for lunch will be allocated. Due to the COVID 19, we are not allowed to offer any refreshments or food. Please ensure that you bring your lunch/refreshments with you.

Classes may be mixed of both female and male students, should you have any concerns about this, please forward them to: hpenhancements@gmail.com.

Photography/videography is strictly prohibited at all times to protect the rights of other students. If you wish to take before and after photos of your training works on another person, you should ask permission from them before doing so.

From time to time, HP Enhancements may want to take photos for marketing and advertising purposes only and your consent will be asked before doing so (found on the enrollment form). By selecting yes on the form, you agree for yourself to be in and involved in any videos/photos/posts for marketing and on social media.

We may amend our terms and conditions from time to time, in response to changes in the law or for operational reasons. Any changes will immediately be posted on this website and you will be deemed to have accepted the amended policy if you continue to use the site afterwards.
